COVID/Coronavirus Information

IN PERSON WORSHIP

 

Although there are currently no formal restrictions in place with regard to COVID, we are aware that there is still concern in our communities. In person worship largely continues as normal but we encourage everyone to act responsibly and be sensitive to others anxities and concerns.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

1. Be fully vaccinated and get boosted.

2. Do not come to church if you have symptoms of COVID as listed in the governement guidelines.

3. Wash or sanitise your hands on entering the church building

 

WHAT THE CHURCH IS DOING:​

1. Suspension of sharing the common cup at communion

2. Suspension of sharing of the peace

3. Ministers and stewards will maintain best hygiene and will self-isolate if they have symptoms

4. Collection plate will not be passed around but placed by the door

​

Pastoral care will continue in an appropriate way to minimise risk of transmission.
